Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use 100xretention.com, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or reduced motion. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Every page is checked with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse) at desktop and mobile widths.
  • Menus, forms, dialogs, tabs and carousels are tested with the keyboard alone.
  • Text colors are chosen to meet AA contrast, and no text is smaller than 11px.
  • Carousels and background videos stop when your device asks for reduced motion, and carousels have a pause button.
  • Form errors are announced once, with links to each field that needs attention.

Known limitations

  • The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com in an embedded frame, so its accessibility depends on Cal.com. If it doesn't work for you, email us and we'll book the call for you.
  • Some case-study videos have no captions because they have no speech. The client testimonial video has no captions yet.
