01 · The challenge
Good product, lost in the filters.
NYC Mode has curated streetwear since 2017: Air Jordan, Converse, Fila, Herschel and licensed NFL and NHL gear.
Sneakerheads lost patience in the filters, fans could not find their team without digging, and mobile was quietly costing sales every day.
02 · What we did
One store, three ways to shop.
We mapped who was actually shopping, then built a layer for each.
- UX
Brand-first navigation
Hunters go straight to the brand. Sports merch is organized the way fans think: league, team, product.
- CRO
Product pages that close
Sizing, lifestyle shots and shipping times up front, size availability on the collection grid and a sticky add-to-cart bar on mobile.
- CRO
A faster checkout
Apple Pay and Shop Pay first for returning shoppers, with returns and shipping times next to the buy button.
