01 · The challenge

Everyday products, single-item baskets.

Wild had a loyal following and wide retail reach. Online, most orders were small and conversion had stopped climbing.

With low-cost, high-frequency products, growth had to come from bigger baskets and repeat purchases rather than more traffic.

02 · What we did

Give every order a second product.

Bundles first, then a store tested around them.

  1. AOV

    Bundle logic

Starter kits, refill bundles and limited-time sets replaced the single item as the main way to buy.

  2. CRO

    Tested product pages

New product pages spelled out benefits and bundle savings. Hero messages, offer timing, bundle placement, navigation and cart behavior were all A/B tested.

  3. AOV

    Upsell-ready cart

Cross-sells and upsell prompts in the cart, with a short, simple path to checkout.
